OTT Subscriptions: We do not provide OTT accounts. Please be prepared to log in using your personal accounts.
Setup: Please note that the time taken for technical setup is included within your booked slot.

Entry & House Rules
Identification: A physical Aadhaar Card or Driver’s License is mandatory for entry.
Age Restriction: Couples must be 18+. Minors are permitted only when part of a larger family or group.
Prohibited Items: Smoking, alcohol, outside food, party poppers, and sparkle candles are strictly forbidden.

Cleanliness & Damages
Maintenance Fee: A ₹500 cleaning fee will be charged for any significant mess or littering.
Damage Policy: Guests are liable for any damage to the theater equipment or decorations (lights, balloons, etc.). Reimbursement of up to ₹3000 may be required.
Penalty Fines:
• Smoking/Drinking: ₹2000
• Use of prohibited items: ₹500

Payments & Parking
Payment Methods: We accept UPI and Cash only. Please note that we do not accept Credit or Debit cards.
Parking: We do not have a dedicated parking facility. Roadside parking is available nearby at the owner's risk.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Refund Policy: Bookings are strictly non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by the management.
Rescheduling: Requests must be made within 72 hours of the original booking time. Any remaining balance must be cleared in full to confirm a rescheduled slot.
