Terms & Conditions
- Booking time includes both setup and session duration.
- Customers must vacate the theater with all belongings at the scheduled end time.
- Smoking, alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
- Use of party poppers, cold fire, snow spray, or sparkle candles is not allowed.
- Any damage to property or decorations will result in repair/replacement charges.
- Bookings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or rescheduled once confirmed.
- Outside food is allowed only if pre-approved by management.
- Guests must maintain cleanliness; a cleaning fee up to ₹500 may apply for excessive mess.
- The management is not responsible for lost or stolen items during the session.
- Couples below 18 years of age are not permitted to book or use the theater.
- Minors can attend only with adult supervision.
- Booking confirmations are subject to full payment in advance.
- Guests must follow staff instructions at all times to ensure safety and comfort.
- The management reserves the right to deny entry or cancel a booking for rule violations.
- By booking a session, guests agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
